Whether you're trying to resolve conflict in your executive team or create a new strategy for the organization, a facilitated session can help increase the likelihood of successful outcomes.

Mohan uses a simple principle to achieve alignment, applied in a 4-step process.

  1. Define a clear organizational vision and objectives for the proposed change/ goal
  2. Gain commitment from leaders across the board (first alignment)
  3. Each leader describes the way their teams will change to embrace the vision and articulates it in terms relevant to the team (second alignment)
  4. Once each group in the organization is aligned with the overarching goals, they are automatically aligned with each other; new processes can now be instituted to turn this alignment into business results

The above process is scalable and can be deployed in a single session or through a series of progressive steps over time, propagating through the organization.

To gauge Organizational Readiness for any initiative, Mohan applies his Mobilization Model to measure the variables that drive success. It takes into account the Leadership Stance and Cultural Markers in the organization to determine immediate Outcomes and the Long Term Impact.

The Mobilization Model rates each team, group or organization along the
"Adversarial -> Agreement -> Alignment -> Attunement" continuum and can be applied in a variety of situations to measure readiness.

To gauge Operational Effectiveness in executing the vision, plan or goals, Mohan applies the Partnership Model to measure how actively people engage each other across the organization to achieve common goals.

The Partnership Model rates pairs of teams or groups along the "Communication  - Cooperation – Collaboration" continuum.

Either or both of these models can be used to identify the cultural and behavioral elements that need to be addressed to improve the organization's likelihood of success in achieving defined goals.
